Baseball is okay live in the park where it occupies the same niche as fishing: you're there to relax and have a couple of beers, the other stuff that's going on is a bonus. Hockey and soccer are both a lot of back and forth without scoring, which is kinda dull. Whereas points happen so often in basketball it ends up boring for the opposite reason. Thanks, I'll hang up and listen to your response.

Baseball is interesting because live and on TV are two completely different experiences. Baseball live you hang out, chat, drink some beers, eat some food under the guise of sport. You can leave and come back and don't miss much and you can't see any of the details at all (pitch movement, balls/strikes, etc). Then on TV you can sperg out about velocity, movement, pitch framing, etc. Both are good experiences.

Construction of new houses & apartments has picked up again across the valley, my house which was previously underwater during the recession has bounced back to being worth more than I paid for it in 2003 + all the equity I've built. The  parking the Strip casinos are charging now are actually giving them tens of millions of dollars in extra revenue each month. The unemployment rate has improved massively from around 14% in 2010 to 5% now, barely above the national average.The parts of that article regarding the wheeling and dealing for the Raiders themselves was really interesting seeing the inner workings of the NFL owners, but the parts characterizing Vegas's present condition were  worthy and felt like the writer just pulled random figures and stories from 7 years ago and ran with that.

Mark being a mastermind is a Keyser Soze twist. At this point I wouldnt be surprised it next season hes lost a ton of weight, has a brand new haircut, and fully flattering wardrobe.
