I have little interest in marketing, but I'd be happy to throw my hat into the ring to assist with wordpress, basic ecommerce, and hosting setup as well as tutoring. Most $10/m hosting plans have options to auto-configure WordPress, and from there theme installation takes only a few minutes. The higher end themes have more options and take longer to tweak but this is your best bet. If you go this route feel free to reach out if you have any questions or need help.
