Under the vegetable posted:i don't think her policies will be very liberal at all, Concerned Citizen! doesn't matter. there's no constitutional basis to overturn almost any deregulation, so appointing a conservative/moderate gains her nothing even if they agree with her. but she still supports numerous government programs that are threatened by conservative justices, so she will always want the most liberal justice possible to protect those. basically game theory would suggest that there is no reason for a democrat to ever appoint a moderate
