Democrats will turn out and hold their nose and vote Hillary just like republicans will do the same for Jeb. Republicans will lose because they will do terrible than normal among women voters, and that'll be the difference. Bernie doesn't have a shot in hell of getting the nomination, but moving Hillary to the left and having her adopt some populist positions is all he's really looking for.

Probably not, but if he does well enough in the primaries she can act like she's adopting some of the more progressive ideas during the election and then completely forget about them when she's president.
