Man I can't remember a funnier TV character than Mike McClintok. Every line he has is awesome, his lip stretching bit had me going nuts. The boat poo poo, the cow comment to the childcare lady last season (with goober peas song!), and a hundred other funny bits I am forgetting...he is so great

I wish they'd write out Erickson, his character sucks and doesn't do anything funny or interesting. I don't even really understand what he's doing as part of the team.
