Ant is coming over a bit desperate with his attempts to cause drama on the show he was fired from. The only time Opie has really brought him up since the firing was in response to Ant doing the whole Greggshells thing.

Listening to Wednesdays show and they spent a good while mocking people who think that the Stengels are feeding Opie lines. There is a guy on Youtube who slowed down some random video to "prove" it because Justin was playing with his phone when Opie said something funny or something. Also, they addressed all the people who have been "done" with the show numerous times on Twitter who are still subscribers who have been "done" with the show every second week. In other words, they don't give a gently caress about the people complaining about the show.

My favourite Jocktobers were the ones from the first year that the fans started posting horrendous stuff to the Twiiter/Facebook of the the shows being Jocktobered. The sound of Ant and Jim giggling uncontrollably off mic at poo poo pics and horrendous porn photoshops popping up was just priceless. That and the shows in question having to address the fact that ridiculously offensive images started appearing on all their social media for no apparent reason was brilliant..

Aren't O&J finished for the year already? Big stuff always seems to happen when they are on a break. Opie will probably go on Sam's show in the meantime I suppose. Sam truly is the last professional broadcaster.

Yeah, i'll start listening again if Jim and Sam is a permanent thing. Sam is good on his own but he can tend to get caught up in stupid popular youth culture poo poo or intern drama that can be hit and miss but having Jim there to rag on him about it should improve things greatly.

The channel is still called Opie Radio, it's apparently still his show in the timeslot and Sam is hosting it with Jim who is burying Opie at every opportunity. This is loving glorious. Opie hosed up with his brinksmanship and bridge burning.

I kind of want to listen to some of Opie's new show because i can't see how it will work at all. Who will be second mic for him to bounce poo poo off of? Sure he can bring in the usual rotating roster of comedians but most of them are Jim's friends and they'd probably sooner go on his show. He knows gently caress all about anything so having celebrity guests in will be disastrous because he won't be able to hold a conversation with them on his own. The old backroom guys apparently hated Opie for years as well because his last minute contract poo poo effected their lives immensely because they weren't millionaires with 'gently caress you' money. Don't see any of them wanting to work with Opie again if they have the choice. The whole thing is going to be a loving catastrophe by the looks of it. I can't even imagine what the show will be.
