The Napoleonic Wars thing is great multiplayer. Been a little bit since I played but it was still semi-active as of like three months ago.

I like With Fire And Sword better just because it's more of a Russian/Lithuanian border skirmish type of deal. Also, it's funny watching some dude playing Sweden with their awesome muskets get destroyed by a horse archer because he can't reload.
