Has this ever been done in reverse here, i.e. everyone picks the worst season for each team, and losers advance?

I don't know if it was a full season, but SA2K did a Worst Ever Season where, naturally, the 0-16 Lions lost it all.

Hahaha, the Texans are playing the Dolphins. The team we've never lost to in real life. And in the sim.
