Democracy - Farmer, Hoplite, Arbalist Cassandra - Hoplite, portrait 4. Mature, sensible, and straightforward, Cassandra got into adventuring out of a desire to keep her friends from doing truly stupid things. Times have changed and people have moved on, but she still retains that protective streak, though some might call her overly conservative (or, behind her back, a coward). Though generally levelheaded, she is secretly extremely excited to explore new places and make discoveries, and works to build friendships and trust with her guildmates...which can lead to friction with people she thinks are "irresponsible" or who "lack commitment". For a game that has so little focus on characters and so much on dungeon crawling, EO3 still manages to have some amazingly memorable characters in Edie and Missy. They're both great. (I hear Edie in Toph's voice  )

Maces have pretty much always had higher attack values than Swords in EO (though now that I think about it, that's only two games ) but have slower speed modifiers.

The free heal is basically peanuts, though, as the game still uses the 5*(highest level party member's level) for the inn, which swiftly becomes unnoticeable.

I only found this out recently (and edited into the last update), but the formula for the poison damage is (Weapon Power / 2) + a random # from 1 to 10 (Also applies to Plague forges.) The strongest weapon in the game has an attack power of 225, so you're looking at 113 to 122 damage ticks. Not that Poison is a great ailment in this game, because the most Poison can tick for is 350 through Call Insect, which falls off very fast. For reference, Narmer has 3281 HP and a Poison resistance of 20%. Yeah.

I can beat them with a terrible party, and this is one of the easier EO games. Playing through the game is the easy part. Most of the updates I post showcase 20 to 30 minutes of gameplay.
