An update pops up for your new software... Time to update it! What do you get happiest about to see updated: Your web browser, for improvements in the speed and features in your web browsing? Your media player? A patch to your favorite PC game? Personally, I get most excited about updates to iTunes. One thing I've learned updating iTunes through the years - Apple is not afraid to shake things up, and try out new ideas. You never know, if there's going to be a big change to iTunes when updating - a hot new look, or a wild, creative new feature!

i'm most excited when they update the linux kernel, op i always read the changelog to see if they added a new cool filesystem, or a rate control algortihm. some times they even fixed a race condition or driver bug!

you know there's a lot of great softwares updates out there but when you get down to it only one software update is king- that's right i'm talking about adobe flash. getting the notification to download the downloader which takes you to their site to download the real download. wow. dunno how those boys keep that whole process fresh after so many years. never know what twists and turns they'll have for you this time!

i really enjoy it when flash autoupdates silently in the background like ive told it to by popping up a notification giving me the option to update early before the background process does it anyway.
