I wonder if Time Stop has an effected range, like say there was some third stand user who could stop time that was far off in a different country, he's just trying to eat his dinner when all of a sudden time stops and he's unable to move, and he keeps getting annoyed that time is seemingly randomly freezesBrannock posted:Does this really happen?
