And a commercial dishwasher that is so drat fast it will make your head spin. My first job was washing dishes and it worked out just fine. The rest of the kitchen crew spoke Spanish but it really didn't matter at all, just me and a pressure sprayer. If I was really sucking they'd just grab the sprayer out of my hand be like "NO, LIKE THIS, LIKE THIS." Once in a while I went out and grabbed the full bus tubs if it was a very busy night. Sure I went on to better things later but it was a step in the right direction. If you want some folksy wisdom, my dad always said "It's much easier to get a job when you already have a job."
