I still think that resume needs some work. Get rid of the entire objective part, everyone knows the point of a resume is to get a job. For the skills part break it down and make it more detailed. When you are applying to places online lots of times they will just quickly be scanning your resume and looking for a few quick items. Something like this maybe:

*HARDWARE: Laptop repair, desktop repair, desktop assembly, ethernet cabeling, etc
*SOFTWARE: Office 2007/2010/2013, Advanced Excel, Whatever bank software you used
*Networking: Home office small office router setup, switch configuration, etc

HR types and recruiters will be doing a ctrl f and typing in whatever they need so you want to make it easy for them to find. I know you said money is tight but start looking into getting your A+, as a beginner in IT it can be helpful to get you past the HR gatekeepers who view it as a requirement. You can probably pass that test by just knowing what you already know, using common sense for the customer service questions, and watching Professor Messer videos online. When you do get an interview be sure to play up your customer service skills. For frontline helpdesk you'll need those skills often to not want to strangle whoever you are helping.

Good luck!
