Games that have % drops should make the % go up every time you don't get the drop. Making all the random stuff crafttable or buyable is a nice alternative too.

Having your own pocket dimension to build your base etc. and travel to different worlds would indeed own.

Improved combat mechanics (but still simple) is also in my top wishes
