After not playing Terarria since launch and probably sinking a good 30 hours in since the newest update here is my review. Yoyos own. Fishing owns. Slime mount is the most OP boss killer. Nerf this poo poo. I hope you enjoyed my write up. Thank you for your time.

I made a new small world, rushed down to kill WoF and then set up a barebones afk farming bunker in the jungle. After about an hour of doing other poo poo while turtles and derplings hurled themselves into lava I had a grand total of 2 shells. Basically, it's going to take more than 30 to get the shells you need.

I am of the opinion that Terraria has too much bullshit fly at you at any given time for mediumcore to have any draw. I dread to think what kind of masochist would play hardcore.

Find a nice lake, quaff a fishing, a crate potion and load up some youtube vids on a second monitor. Crates are infinitely more lucrative for getting ores/bars as well as being infinitely more easier.

If I weren't so lazy I would've made the pit a little wider since mimic kept jumping over it, but it served me well. Another thing you could do is to do this in a hosted multiplayer world so that your game doesn't pause while alt tabbed. So you can stay in your little cubby hole while mimic hop to their death all while you watch Youtube videos or do something else.

The main reason is because the Starbound devs promised updates "thick and fast" then the game stagnated while they rebuilt a lot of the game from the ground up, leaving a whole one year of nothing. People lost their patience and flung poo poo, which is a shame, because there are a lot of aspects that I like about Starbound.
