How's the Assassination Classroom anime? I watched the first episode and it seemed alright, but it being only 22 episodes makes me worried it has a really lame anime original ending.

I just noticed it's directed by Seiji Kishi. So maybe there's something else I should be more worried about.

While it's somewhat of a rote subject, I'd actually be interested to know what everyone in the thread's favorite anime are.

Let's go with our top ten for maximum clickbait points. Order doesn't matter unless you want it to.

I can't think of a full list (probably because I'm lazy and haven't seen that many series), but Gintama and Nichibros are great for rewatches. Cardcaptor Sakura is my go-to nostalgia show (though the last third is eeehhh).

I doubt I'll ever watch it again, but coming years off the manga, I thought the Death Note anime was very well done.

The anime is supposed to be a lot better than the manga from what I've heard.

You can't do spontaneous live-action scenes in manga.

Well I guess you could, but it wouldn't flow as well.

By the way, does the modern urban aesthetic in Samurai Champloo ever get explained or expanded on? I'm five episodes in and the disk scratch cut-ins and the like feel kind of jarring.

The bad thing about Etrian Odyssey is when skills don't work like they should because of bugs that Atlus only maybe fixes when transporting the game to different regions.

The last time an English chapter was released was like two years ago, so maybe it's best you're not in a hurry.

The last fifty or so chapters of the manga have had no-nonsense titles, so there's probably going to be a good stretch of serious stuff way down the line.

Your setup seems fine, so I don't think you should be having trouble. The Medic is probably better off in the back row unless you're specifically building for a combat Medic.

Cage is perhaps best known for his 1952 composition 4′33″, which is performed in the absence of deliberate sound; musicians who present the work do nothing aside from being present for the duration specified by the title. The content of the composition is not "four minutes and 33 seconds of silence," as is often assumed, but rather the sounds of the environment heard by the audience during performance.[7][8] The work's challenge to assumed definitions about musicianship and musical experience made it a popular and controversial topic both in musicology and the broader aesthetics of art and performance. Cage was also a pioneer of the prepared piano (a piano with its sound altered by objects placed between or on its strings or hammers), for which he wrote numerous dance-related works and a few concert pieces. The best known of these is Sonatas and Interludes (1946–48).[9]

I also miss American-Chinese food and Chinese bakeries. I don't think Korean bakeries are for me. They use cream cheese for a ton of stuff and their garlic bread is overly sweet.

I know a Japanese bakery in Taiwan that does the same thing. Cream cheese seems weirdly common in East Asia, especially in the sushi I've had around Malaysia and Taiwan.

Emmental cheese also seems fairly popular too.

There's this chain called Paris Baugette, which is the biggest bakery chain in Korea. It's an offshoot of another chain called Paris Croissant, which is an upscaled version of Paris Baugette and has fancier bread.

But sometimes they have nearly identical stuff, only with different names and prices, and I wonder if the Paris Croissant version is just the same product but with marked up prices or if there really a difference in ingredients and poo poo.

Could be something like Season and Lavender, these two barkers chains in Malaysia which share a lot of similar stock because the founder started up the latter after selling the former. :v:
