That's most of it. Finishing repainting it before I move it to the basement to completely the dungeon. Not supposed to rain today so we should be able to finish painting. I'll update you when it's complete of course.

If you don't rest the weight between sets you just need to use a weight you can keep proper form with through the whole set. Hence it being hard.

Oh and increase the heavy set each week and the back off sets like every other unless they're too easy
