The RNC had lowered the number of debates because they were afraid of their candidates saying dumb things with so many debates. This means that to properly space everything out, it has to start later. Trump really did screw up their plans.

I'm tossing my hat in the ring for Trump. Awful as a presidential candidate, but the GOP basically has no clue how to handle him because he throws any pretense of political debate out the window in favor of saying what immediately comes to mind. He's the Confusion Fu expert of the Republican party.

Can liberals please, please, please stop concern trolling the way the debate selection was handled? I totally understand that it is basically arbitrarly punishing candidates and theoretically punishing candidates for their lack of media savvy or a chance to resonate with uninformed voters but there is no cream here to rise to the top. I get it, as liberals we are supposed to be aggrieved that the one female candidate is being locked out of the debate basically arbitrarly but come on, loving Carly Fiorina? Let's be honest, the only reason we are disappointed that people are being locked out is not them getting in is inform primary voters more, it just makes the whole thing more ridiculous.
