I liked this show when it came out, but I first watched it just before s2 happened to become a thing. I'll probably watch along, just not the actual simulwatch time.

I loving love that episode, I watched broadcast order first and that episode just floored me but also made perfect sense with what I already saw.ChubbyThePhat posted:Endless Eight happening in real time was a thing to behold. I actually have no clue about the novels but is the "main" story finished so to say? Like is there a possible endpoint in one of them/disappearance?

Pretty much every outfit and detail is switched up quite a few times, and so are shot composition and dialogue delivery IIRC. It's truly a somewhat insane work of art.

I'd be totally down for an Eva simulwatch, gives me good reason to finally watch Rebuild 3 to finish it all off. Haven't posted in here much, but I have been watching along most episodes and the show isn't just good for nostalgia reasons.
