Hey,

So I've been working on this app for the past month:

https://dreamscopeapp.com/

I think it has the potential to become a way to edit photos and then have some of the details filled in with a neural net. Here are a few examples of "picasso" style portraits made with it with their before and after shots. As you can see, the "before" is really horrible looking but the after ("Impressionistic Painting").

There are also some "perceptual HDR" style images too:

Would love any feedback you guys could give or thoughts on how you might want to use it.

Yea, so that filter,"inceptionist painting", makes brush stroke effects. For the dog picture, it's more like a tin-type effect. Some other layers in the network create really trippy effects, like jeweled bird-esque features.

Yea, I've made short videos before. I'm currently working on speeding up the filters so that videos can be done in a few seconds as opposed to a minute.
