Look at the variety of faces here! The artist clearly knows his game. Many less talented manga artists would have trouble drawing two or three different teen girl faces, much less 20 of them. Just the very fact that he made them both 1) stylized and cartoon, and 2) unique and varied, speaks to the talent of the artist here.

Two entitled rich kids manage to independently misinterpret japan's complex unspoken system of minor social hierarchies into believing that the person who asks someone out on a date first automatically becomes the bitch in the relationship somehow. Both being spoiled narcissists, they each insist that they must be the ones to wear the pants in their future relationship they assume is inevitable. This of course is all just a rationalization to not have to initiate the weirdly formal and overblown way japanese highschool students apparently ask each other out. They proceed to spend the rest of their highschool life playing passive aggressive mindgames trying to convince the other one to crack and appear emotionally vulnerable so they don't have to. Meanwhile the japanese population slowly grows older as the younger generation refuses to have children for some reason.

Last I checked the web novel was fully translated for what's been released so far, with a different group picking up where the original (terrible) translation left off. I'd describe the current translation as decent at best, but it's still a huge improvement.

IIRC It's an anime based off of a web novel which was turned into a light novel and never was a manga.

But the best way to describe it is 'Idiot is reincarnated with another idiot into a fantasy world where they join up with other idiots to all sabotage one another with extreme idiocy. Also explosions.'
