Fells does absolutely everything a tight end needs to do better than Donnell does. And he can actually block. The only things Donnell might have over Fells is reach and possibly speed. But because Fells actually knows how to play football, he does a better job at getting open, catching, and running with the ball, so its not like it even matters.
