It seems that Air Video has been released for the Apple TV. So far so good.

While I'm sure it's not as good as Plex, I've been an Air Video user for a number of years now, so this is fantastic news.

Yes - if the app offers it. There is a purchased tab on the tvOS App Store that lists everything you own that can be installed.
