Would it be worth it to use that harness to build a wiring and sensor diagnostic tool? Harvest the factory connectors, etc? I've started building a few RX7 specific ones since a bad ignition or fuel wire can cost hours to hunt down. Edit: To clarify, you know healthy voltages and resistance ranges for all sensors. Either feed each sensor wire into a simple bastardized meter on a big selector switch and go through wire by wire, or get fancy and feed in into an Arduino with appropriate shields. Even fancier and for the ECU ignition and fuel injector outputs, you can get an Arduino shield with a mic port (O-scope). McTinkerson fucked around with this message at 21:52 on Feb 27, 2017 |
