Going off what I'm reading, doesn't Coils also forbid traitor units from taking any of their home legion's unique wargear, and swap their home legion's rules for the Alpha's? So Imperial Fists terminators (something he mentioned as something he wanted to grab) would just be bog standard Alpha Legion terminators - what makes Fist terminators really good is their legion's rules and equipment.

Im pretty sure it allows wargear, but the legiones astartes (less cool legion) gets switched to legiones astartes (alpha legion)

Budgetary reasons mostly tbh. I feel like im already stretched for models enough as is, and providing fists and artificer on the chieftains will tax that even more. I could drop the bike unit and smack some tactical support duders with calivers on there.

Mal goes with the terminators in the storm eagle, while the Volkite marines go in the Achilles-Alpha. Alternatively I could drop the Leviathan for a small (Dominus and two Castellax) Cybernetica allies, with the Dominus going with the tac support squad with a photon thruster or something.

Obvious problem is the lack of scoring troops, but the idea of the standard tac blobs of identical marines turns me off  Maybe if the Justaerin get a points drop in the future they'd be better to go with than the normal terminators since they're scoring.

Bit stumped by what mini to use as Maloghurst though.

Tacticals are good. Use them. I would drop the volite on your dread, its only 4 S6 shots. A kheres is better and has rending.

for maloghurst, theres a head in the SM tactical box thtats helmetless and has a grill-thing.

justaerin? Most likely they will get two wounds and not a point decrease.
