I'm Kim GyeongJae, living in Seoul. Because my property rights are falsified once in 1970 and twice in 1989 by the court which manage the property rights of Korean people, I required to adjust them. In 2002, the supreme court and Kim DaeJoong (the former president of South Korea) administration plot to assassinate me, but they mistake me for Kim YoungHwan and kill him. After that, from Noh MuHyun to Lee MyungBak administration, the government ordered about 10 groups using poison needle to kill me and now, in Park GeunHae administration, the attempts to kill me are vanished, but still, Kim DaeJoong's people organized killer groups to kill me. Also, on May 30, in 2007, the head of Civil service department in the supreme court, Park DongHyo, called me and told me that he verified there were tamper problem in my property rights but because of disturbance of Kim DaeJoong's people, it could not adjusted. Also, president Park GeunHae tried to plot this murder case. Although these murder crimes are done by Korean government from Kim DaeJoong administration (for 4 administration) the prosecution rejected to investigate this incident. Therefore, after Kim YoungHwan died in 2002, I have informed this fact and required UN, which founded for peace of human nation, to investigate this murder case. Also, Emyr Jones Parry, UK ambassador, lead UN to legislate a law that if government power was used to kill citizens or commit some similar crimes, it had to be restricted by international society. However, UN protects South Korea, which commit these crimes using government power, that continues for 4 administration (from Kim DaeJoong administration) It can be thought as UN betrayed all human nations, and is also criminal organization. As a result, I have contacted with mail or internet with International Criminal Court (ICC) to accuse people who have responsibilities in UN, but it was also ignored. So, I request all countries' presidents who represent all human nation to bring up this problem (that make UN and members of UN Security Council become a crime organization) to make UN an organization which work for peace of human nation regarding their establishing purpose. Therefore I sue Ban KiMoon, UN Secretary General, Barack Obama, US President, Xi Jinping, Chinese President, Vladimir Putin, Russian President, David Cameron, Britain Prime Minister, Francois Hollande, French President and people who related with this murder case, Kim DaeJoong, Noh MuHyun, Lee MyungBak, Park GeunHae past and present Presidents of South Korea, and Choi JongYoung, Lee YongHoon, Yang SeungTae past and present Chief Justice to ICC using email address of ICC (otp.informationdesk@icc-cpi.int) If ICC and UN which established for peace of human nation to protect these people who commit crimes that cannot be ignored, ICC and UN have no reason to maintain. Moreover, not only South Korea's press which ignored this crime, but also the members of the UN Security Council's press betray citizens, because they also ignored the fact that their presidents make UN a crime organization.
