I liked this movie a lot after seeing it tonight too. It's better than it has any right to be but I'm glad I wasn't let down. As it's been said a million times I loved the orcs . They were all perfect and characterized well. And the little cameos by the other warlords was nice for fans. Surprisingly Garona was not cringe worthy. If anything, the way they handled all the women characters, nth background and main was great. Drama was great and had good chemistry. And all the warrior Orc women kicked rear end. As expected tho, Fimmel dragged this thing down. He's loving terrible and just doesn't fit in. Anytime he spoke it took me right out the movie. I think this will appeal to anyone tho - you really can go in knowing nothing of the lore. Orcs wanna break thru cause their world has gone to poo poo. Humans fight back. Done. Great movie. Zug! Zug! Zug! Zug!

You have the orcs, cult of the damned, Stratholme, boat burning, Frostmourne hunting and the final battle that will somehow have to be mashed into 2 hours. It would make the Hobbit seem well paced by comparison. You don't need to tell all that and it can just be based on things. There is a undead problem, they go hunting for Frostmourne, Arthas gets corrupted and fucks things up (I haven't played WC3 in years, I have no idea of the minutiae of the story).

well why not posted:The best character was the mage at the funeral of the King . Dude looks legit braindamaged. Was that the one who goes, "It never did that before"? I think the movie could have benefited from more comedy like that... by people who could actually deliver funny lines... people not named Travis Fimmel or Ben Schnetzer.
