It sucks that most of the MCC crowd was driven away by all those matchmaking technical issues because it really is one of the best game remasters I've seen.

I've only played MP in 5 because I didn't want to do SP until after I play through the collection. I've enjoyed what I've played so far even though some aspects are decidedly not Halo and I don't care for them as much.

Replaying ODST and this might be my favorite Halo game. It's amazing how good it is considering it was just a side project for Bungie during Reach's early production... It really sucks that the XBO version took out the co op Firefight mode though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWh9l8RSkPk

The only thing about it that hasn't aged so well imho is how there's something like 5 or 6 segments where you're fighting off waves of enemies on a slow moving gondola/elevator, which is especially odd considering how there aren't any sections in Halo 1 or 3 where you do that.

Just beat Reach again for the first time since it came out... Bungie's message at the end of the game, with the intro of Halo CE going on in the background, really brings home the feels.

In Training posted:They should put the Master Chief Collection on PC so I can play all these games. They've brought a lot of 'Xbox One exclusives' to the PC so I have some hope, but then again they never brought the Gears of War trilogy to PC...

I don't know. There is no forge map browser in Halo 5, you can only download custom maps from people in your friends/recent players which IMO is even worse than no splitscreen
