This is wrong, I have Libé opened and all it says so far is that police reinforcements have arrived. Most press is saying that they have no information about the hostage situation itself. Also the AFP has sent a tweet saying that contrary to most reports, it has NOT issued a 30 people dead count, and is still reporting 18.
