Remember that Thomas Jefferson almost didn't buy the Louisiana Territories because he figured it was unconstitutional. Even Ron Paul wouldn't have gotten close enough to loving that one up.

I think I'm going to have to vote for John Adams as President and John Jay as Vice President. I am disappointed that Samuel Adams was not elected as Vice President in the previous election, I only hope that the next election we will have more candidates from Massachusetts in the running.

The Democratic-Republicans have finally come to their senses and added a Massachusetts politician to their ticket, they have won my vote for this election. Although I still respect that Massachusetts born Rufus King is still in the running, the Federalists should have shored up their Massachusetts bonafides for this election.

Very tough call between Greeley (Feel the Greel!) and Black. Ultimately voted for James Black because Horace's opposition of reconstruction was too tough of a pill to swallow.
