maybe you should look into an epidural steroid injection and pop some painkillers. or maybe try some alternating cold / heat packs to relieve inflamation? i dont know but if i were you i would get some rest. youre going to need it!

I have quite a few problems (dozens, even), but thankfully a stitch is not among them. However if some of you do suffer from lower back pain, I know of some stretching exercises that could help. Surprisingly enough, their motions often involve the knees.

i've got a buddy whose back is so hosed up that he sleeps on a floor instead of in bed with his wife. I gave him some suggestions and he shot em all down, like "i've learned to deal with it" is it seriously possible for someone's back to be so hosed up that the floor is actually better, and is the only solution?
