"I think, right now, I'm going to declare for the draft. I want to thank [former] Coach [Bill] O'Brien for bringing me here and his staff. There's a lot of really good people on that staff. It's tough to say but, I think without him, I wouldn't have been here. He's what this place is all about.

"I want to thank the fans, you guys, for always being there – challenging me at times, making me get better. I think the fans and the alumni and the lettermen mean so much to this place, and it's a really special place.

"It's tough at times, but they bleed blue and white, and so do we. I want to thank [quarterbacks] coach [Ricky] Rahne and [former offensive coordinator] coach [John] Donovan. Both those guys stuck by me the entire way, fought for me, had my back.

"The strength staff [Dwight Galt and Tommy Galt], all those guys, they were awesome to work with, fun to be around.

"Then lastly, [trainer] Tim Bream and [video director] Jevin Stone, two guys I spent a lot of time with in my years here. They both were really special to me. And then [communications specialist] Tony Mancuso is another guy I spent a lot of time with, and he's meant a lot to me.

"It's been an awesome ride. Tough way it kind of ended, but I bleed blue and white, and this place means the world to me. You're going to see me around a lot."
