Hell yeah to all of that. I remember how impressed I was in MGS when I realized that soldiers could follow footsteps in the snow. Also slipping on bird poo poo on top of Big Shell is awesome.!

2 will always be my favorite, it's the first game I got with my PS2 and I played it over and over and over. I think I only beat MGS1 once, twice if you count Twin Snakes
