Basically tactical view in EVE with a locked camera. The only issue is that for a lot of people that poo poo is kinda boring to watch (with current eve mechanics). If it were more a spaceship skinned version of DOTA than that might become a popular thing. Actually I have no idea what makes poo poo popular because I think DOTA is garbage. Carry on.
