3 years of working a sedentary job with long hours has not been great for my mental or physical health, so my goal this year is just to walk more in general. Hopefully outside. Edit: I also live in the South Island of New Zealand, so I really have no excuse. And am heading to the USA/UK later in the year, where I will no doubt walk more due to the whole tourist thing.
