This phrasing is terrible: "(candidate's statewide vote) × 30 ÷ (total statewide vote) delegates" It should absolutely be: "(candidate's statewide vote) ÷ (total statewide vote) delegates × 30" Of even better: "fraction of total statewide vote × 30"

Yes, but all the cable networks are just going to have it running split-screen while some hack pundit tells you what they think. C-SPAN usually shows some of the speeches, but they also love to cut away for callers. Then again, C-SPAN callers are great.
