Saw the problem almost right away, makes sense given that most of the newer models had a different design. Breaking with procedure and a design difference = boom.

back when i used to operate forklifts my least favorite thing was pallets that were filled with 2-liter bottles of pop. you pull one pallet out of a rack and one bottle is loose or balanced poorly or on a lovely piece of wood in the pallet, it falls 20 feet, lands on the cap, and becomes a rocket.

2. The person recording this is waaaaay closer than I would be, especially when you see some of those canisters become rocket-propelled wrecking balls.

I like these videos because they partially explain how factories work that I didn't know anything about. I almost want more disasters so more CSB videos get made.
