Not you specifically but if I'd heard one anywhere I thought was effective I'd be screaming it from the rooftops.
Occam's Razor on whether it's more likely that a British police force, of all organizations, was too concerned about appearing politically correct or whether they were on the take for money or teen sex and that cash cow finally ran away when public awareness ramped up.
