idk about WA specifically but in a lot of states, it's legalized, which is to say you have to have a license I mean obvs the environment that this one is in gives it away, and you have more of a bending over backwards to create plausible deniability in sex cage buy/sell/trade posts from Texas (that old 'grandmas bed' one)
