Phantom Limb. It's a tad confusing because you may think the phantom part only refers to his phantom limbs, but it is in fact his name referring to his whole self. Phantom Limb's arms and legs are completely invisible. He possesses the ability to kill or incapacitate others through physical contact. When he uses this power, the blood vessels and bones in his arms flash with red and green light and the sound of electric arcing is heard. David Bowie was shown to be immune to this effect, presumably due to his non-human or superhuman nature.
