Probably some Sahel African country under the pretext of Right 2 Protect. Special forces in Yemen to rollback AQAP because good luck getting the Saudis to do it. Clinton's foreign policy is going to try to stay as engaged with the ME as we are now, support Israel more, AND ramp up our containment of China all at the same time. She's going to bring in people who are absolutely disgusted with how Obama has acted, while keeping the most interventionist types (Powers, Rice) in different positions. Basically, a bunch of people who will try to freeze the international system in the 90s forever.

Honestly, if I had to pick a place she'd actually deploy Venezuela would be pretty crazy-rear end, but US-Venezuela relations also tend to be crazy-rear end, so I guess I wouldn't rule it out. I don't see Yemen or probably Libya as being quite that high - putting actual American troops into Yemen was considered Real Dumb back when we were literally actively supporting the
