"Stay hungry" isn't supposed to be taken literally when you're striving to be the best. Staying powered up is important, even in real life. It's fine to stick to the tried and true combo of Doritos and Dew, or microwavable fare like the venerable Hot Pocket. Heck, I have a can of Dew ready to go. Right now I've got a couple of Fruit by the Foot, which I like to wad up into a ball and kind of ruminate on it for a while while I'm owning scrubs. It's good for games that take all my attention and fast inputs, gotta keep the hands free. If I'm playing something slower paced or that only needs one hand, I like dry-roasted peanuts or chocolate raisins. Jerky or other meat snacks are also an excellent choice. I don't have a lot of time for meals because of all these games I have to play so it really helps to get a quick bite whenever I have a second!

I started using my feet fingers to eat snacks while gaming without letting off the keyboard or controller. Basically i lie the popcorn bowl on my lap amd carefully pick them with my feet figerswand bringing them into my mouth. Its a pretty nifty lifehack if i must say so but it requires mondo flexibility on your body.
