My favorite glass cleaner has a warning about skin defattening on the can. It doesn't feel nice. It also doesn't mention this anywhere in the 10 page safety sheet. http://www.spraywayinc.com/content/glass-cleaner

The guy from the superspeeders youtube channel said that when guys lost their license on those road trips they could still get a California license because they didn't check other states or something. That may not be true any more but it could be worth looking into.

There's a pivot point behind the front wheel. Watch the very end of the video and you can see it wiggling. Also if it was based on a tractor it may still have independent rear brakes so you can steer when the front end lifts up.
