I can't wait to see how this turns out, it's gonna be awesome. If it were me, I'd be tempted to take 2-3 weeks off of work, buy all the stuff I think I'd need, fly up there, throw it in the truck and try to drive it.

Oh yeah I see it now. Almost certainly a shaft with a flat edge on it with that square bolt being a set screw.
