I really want to get this game again on the PC since I never played any of the DLC but kind of only if someone makes a save editor and/or transfer tool because boy do I not have the time to play through the whole game again.

So the digital Complete Edition is on sale for $30 on PSN, if I get that I can transfer my save from the disk version right? It seems like the season pass by itself never gets discounted.
