Honestly I think that playing makes Fargle feel better. He seemed normal to me after the first few minutes. That said, Fargle has earned quite a few days off with his record of updating. Take any time you need buddy!

There's a reason dude got every single Civ V achievement LEGIT (and why he won't stop squealing like a little girl at every little bit of news about Civ VI). He's just gotta spend a few minutes winding up to speed, figuring out where he left off since he seems to be doing one episode a day now instead of 4-5 at the start. It just takes a moment for the Fargle-capacitors to warm up to operating temperatures.

How much do the AI bonuses from the higher difficulty come into it at this point? I imagine they've a large (possibly massive) part in the player being left out of options.

I'm not sure how far in advance you record these episodes, but you might want to check Sofia as I noticed it was working a stock exchange specialist slot. While it probably doesn't matter in the long run, you can get that courthouse up faster.

Okay everyone. Gotta let you know now. Updates are going to be sporadic for the next week or so. A lot of major family stuff is happening right now and my grandmother is going in for surgery. I'll be staying with her for the next week to help with aftercare while she recovers. I'll have my computer with me but there's no guarantee I'll have time to update. Regular updates should resume on the 5th of October.
