well bing and google both say it's weekly delivery so I trust them unfortunately I don't have netflix and don't really want to pay $10/mo solely for LWA (plus I bought two copies of LWA1)

Netflix uses contractors and pays per minute of show translated. I don't think there's any "discount" for subbing an entire show at once. The only reason I've seen for why they wait is that supposedly most of their users prefer to binge shows. Not sure they bothered to ask "does this mean you want us to wait until the show is over to stream it?"
