It's happening

A matchup for the ages, Italy and Germany have played each other a billion times over the past several decades. Italy has never lost a competitive fixture against Germany, though the teams have rarely had a gulf in quality this large in terms of individual talent. Conte's management is being heralded as the key to this match for Italy, while Germany's outright talent is the feature of the opposing side. Italy will be missing Thiago Motta through suspension, and Antonio Candreva and most likely Daniele De Rossi through injury. Germany are at full strength.

There are two ways this could go - a tight cagey match with a lot of cautious play in the first half, opening up in the second, or a complete blowout from getting it tactically wrong. Lets have a good clean posting game today.
