i think i've seen a list like this before but one of my friends wants to watch ds9 for the first time but he's hesitant to watch the whole series "because it's long." any episode from season 1 he should definitely watch? i'm thinking "duet" for sure. maybe "emissary" to get the bare minimum backstory and "in the hands of the prophets" because winn rules. i'd prefer he watch the whole thing but he's more of a sperg than i am.

Watched Beyond last night and it was p. good. Spock showed a bit too much emotion though.

I'm re-watching DS9 on Netflix and am at season 3 already. Nearly forgot how much greater the show got when the Dominion popped up. Now if I could only enjoy watching 24 as much as this. Struggling to start season 4 of that show  It started off so well too.
