rub a little olive oil on your broccoli, salt, some pepper, throw that poo poo on a pan and bake at 425 for 12ish minutes god drat truly the way to consume broccoli

Im a little late to this all-green party OP but I do like some lightly boiled broccoli with a bit of salt and butter. it's a delicious addition to most dishes including chicken, fish, you name it. children don't like broccoli but children are largely loving idiots.

Why are you steaming your broccoli when you could pan roast it or stir fry it or cook it one of the way better ways? Brussels sprouts are pretty great too with a little pancetta and some coarse ground pepper
